Our policy for refunds on digital products
Important: Digital Products
All YumeLabs products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. We carefully review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Our Refund Philosophy
We believe in fair treatment for both our customers and our business. While we cannot offer refunds for every situation due to the digital nature of our products, we are committed to resolving legitimate issues.
Refunds are accepted only for strong and reasonable cases where the issue is beyond the customer's control and relates to product quality or technical problems.
Refunds May Be Accepted
- ✓The product files are corrupted and cannot be opened after multiple download attempts
- ✓The product significantly differs from the description or preview images
- ✓You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
- ✓You accidentally purchased a duplicate of a product you already own (same Etsy account)
Refunds Generally Not Accepted
- ✗Change of mind after downloading the files
- ✗Purchasing the wrong product without contacting us first
- ✗Compatibility issues with your specific software (when formats are clearly listed)
- ✗Not reading the product description before purchasing
- ✗The product doesn't match your personal expectations that weren't stated in the listing
How to Request a Refund

Reach out via Discord (fastest), Etsy messages, or our social media before filing any claims.
- 2Explain your situation
Describe the issue in detail. Include screenshots or error messages if applicable.
- 3Provide order details
Include your Etsy order number and the email address used for purchase.
- 4Wait for our review
We typically respond within 24-48 hours and will work to resolve your issue.
