Troubleshooting

  • →Check your spam/junk folder

⚠The download button isn't working

  • →Try a different web browser
  • →Clear your browser cache
  • →Try on desktop instead of mobile

⚠I can't find my purchased files

  • →Log into etsy.com
  • →Go to 'You' → 'Purchases and reviews'
  • →Find the order and click 'Download files'

⚠The files won't open/are corrupted

  • →Re-download the file from Etsy
  • →Unzip files if they come in a .zip folder
  • →Contact us if the issue persists
